RETURN POLICY

Any item purchased at ArmaniPorcelainFigurines.com may be exchanged or returned for a refund. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 21 calendar days from the original package delivery date and include a note that you wish to return the item(s), your phone number and a valid e-mail address. Gift wrap charge is non refundable.

If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours the claim should be considered as not received. After approval, the item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging and be in resellable condition. Please, see some exceptions outlined below.

A 30% restocking fee might be applied in the following cases:

•  shipping address is invalid or incorrect


•  if the item color does not match the color on your PC monitor or because it differs by 1/4 inch or less in any dimension


•  the package was rejected at the delivery attempt


•  if you requested a charge back from the credit card company without trying to resolve the problem with us

If an item was damaged in freight or if you received the item broken, please contact us within 7 calendar days from the original package delivery date. If an item was lost or broken, we will either send you a replacement or will issue you full credit based on your decision.

Order Cancellation

If an order is cancelled before shipping and payment is processed, a transaction fee calculated at 2.9% of the total amount of transaction + $0.30 will be applied.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Refunds will be issued after we have received the returned package. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return (including the original shipping charges).
